Is it greasy?
It is a thick oil, yes. The roller is what makes it workable, because it lays down a thin film instead of a blob. Give it a few minutes before your pillow and you will be fine.
What about putting it in the belly button?
This is the thing we get asked about most. Rolling oil into the navel is an old practice, and we are not going to tell you it pulls toxins out, because we cannot show you that. What we can tell you is that the skin there is thin, the oil absorbs easily, and plenty of our customers do it nightly because they like how it feels. Roll a slow circle around the navel and give it a minute before you dress.
Do I need a castor oil pack, or is the oil enough?
The oil on its own is fine, and that is how most people start. The pack is a cotton wrap that holds the oil against your skin instead of your clothes, and it holds your own body heat in. People tend to add one when they want to sleep in it.
How long do I wear the pack?
