On cool skin most of it just sits on the surface, and by morning a good deal of it has transferred to your clothes rather than gone anywhere useful.

Gentle heat changes that. It relaxes the skin and brings more blood flow to the area, which softens the oil and helps it move down into the skin instead of resting on top of it. It is the difference between a damp cloth on your stomach and a pack that is actually doing something, and it is why a traditional castor oil pack has always been a warm one.

What you get

Reusable gel pouch, microwavable hundreds of times

Twenty to thirty seconds and it holds a steady, gentle heat

Cut to drop straight into the wrap pocket, no cord and no plug

How it works with the belly wrap

Warm it, then slide it into the zip pocket on the front of the cotton belly wrap, the way the photo above shows.
